Autism Spectrum Intervention

Autism is a triad of impairment that causes delays in many basic areas of development. Core domains of development affected by autism includes Social Communication (limited or absent speech), Socialisation (difficulty in relating with people) , and Social Imagination (rigid behaviours and stereotypical repetitive behaviours) and Sensory processing (sensitivity to sound, light, taste, smell, e.t.c). no two kids are the same as the signs and symptoms of autism vary widely. While some children with autism may be mildly impaired, while others have more obstacles to overcome. However, every child on the autism spectrum has problems, at least to some degree, in these mentioned areas. It is important to be aware of the early warning signs of autism.
Early intervention is key for children with autism due to the brains neuroplasticity which is at its peak at infancy and early childhood. At this age, it is easier to rewire the brain and reverse a good chunk of the symptoms. However older children can still benefit from rigours and intensive therapy. Our Autism Intervention programme offers a portfolio of research backed autism programmes like TEAACH, SCERTS, PECS, ABA, SONRISE, PEERS, and SOCIAL EYES and so on. We also go a step further by making sure that children with autism get the necessary support that they need to excel in school and maximise their potentials.
